Nikon D300 + Nikon 16-85mm f/3.5-5.6 @ 16mm - 7 exposures, f/7.1, ISO 200.

I took care of some of the ghosting by creating a fake HDR from a single shot, and mask it in where the ghosting was too much. Noise reduced with Noiseware Pro and som Nik Software/Tonal Contrast applied to it.
Yes, there are lots of blown highlights, but that doesn’t matter to me in this picture :)
